I have spent the last fifteen years creating flavor in some of Columbus’ finest restaurants. In this time, I have developed my own style of cuisine, which can be described as deeply rooted, healthful and creative. The majority of my ingredients have originated between the 38th and 40th parallel north, portraying flavors from the low country of America to my roots of Sicily. My relationships with local farmers and purveyors will provide sustainable and quality ingredients, all at its best market price. I will accommodate my menus to your specific needs, which are always delivered with genuine hospitality.
