What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on the volume or amount of junk needing hauled away. Prices start at $60 minimum and go up from there depending on the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always offer free estimates either in person or via text/emailed photo. We are always available to answer any questions you have about the process of junk removal or Dumpster rental. We have many years of experience in solid waste (trash) hauling and disposal so please feel free to call or text with any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years combined experience in waste removal and disposal. The company is family owned and operated and we understand the importance of friendly and reliable service. Customer service is always our number one priority.
