FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the provider is concerned with meeting your needs, not just your budget. If you are not advised on what services you will not be getting if a lesser support option is chosen then a red flag should go up. Chances are you will then be nickeled and dimed with overages because your support package didn't meet your needs originally. The flip side is that you need to trust your consultant and at least consider the recomendations of support levels that are shown and ask questions about each option. Your budget is important but a good IT company will always inform you of WHY you should choose a certain support option. 9 times out of 10, its the middle option that will work best with budgetary and IT needs.
