Introduction: I am a certified chef. I was at the top of my class at P.I.C.A. I worked at the best private club in Columbus and I am experienced in fine dining set-up. I want to give people something that they could afford but give that experience of "Wow, that was great!" I also worked with Wolfgang Puck at Five Star Sensation in Cleveland with a very good friend, Nicky Moorse, a chef for Jegg's Racing.
