FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not a fly by night guy. I’m not your cheapest option. But with my price comes insurance, licensing, professionalism, top quality results. I do offer repeat customer discounts along with discounts for military and the elderly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to do an initial over the phone consultation to make sure that I’m even able to assist them in their project. If I’m not I am quick to recommend them to another professional. With that being said, I schedule a in person estimate that is free, go over the project in detail that way there is no miscommunication, I set expectations and answer any questions to the best of my ability. In the off chance I can’t answer their question right away I research until I can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for a long time a lot of my education and training is hands on, I spend a lot of time after work trying to learn more about the industry also. The products and technology are always changing, and I’m always staying current on the evolving line of chemicals and products that provide excellent results in achieving efficient and premium results.
