QBS Systems LLC

I’m Dillon, owner of QBS Systems LLC, based in the Wapakoneta/Lima area of Ohio and serving businesses nationwide. We build custom websites and business systems tailored to your branding, needs, and budget—from a simple professional website to a complete dashboard that helps run your day-to-day operations. For service businesses, we connect customer inquiries, estimates, approvals, deposits, final payments, and Google Calendar scheduling—with automatic text and email notifications for owners, customers, and team members. We also build tenant and resident portals for apartment complexes and trailer parks, guest booking and payment systems for hotels and motels, and rental portals for storage facilities. These can include online rent and bill payments, recurring payments, payment reminders, maintenance requests, and owner dashboards to manage units and accounts. Other services include online stores, restaurant ordering systems, employee application and onboarding portals, AI receptionists, and missed-call text back. You work directly with me throughout the project. I’ll explain your options clearly, show examples of our work, and help you choose what makes sense for your business. Whether you need something simple or fully connected, we’ll build it around how you actually operate.
