What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes the home and any attached Garage. I will do unattached structures for an added on discounted price of $50. Any unattached structure stand alone inspection is $150. If you are getting a home inspection and would like a termite inspection. I will add it on at a discounted price of $50. I will also add on a Pool/Spa inspection for $50. A stand alone Pool/Spa inspection is $150. The same goes for mold inspections. A stand alone Termite Inspection runs $75-100 depending upon distance from the home office and size of the home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over what the inspection is for. I then get them an estimate. If the client decides to go forward I then get a name and email address to send the pre inspection agreement and credit card payment link to. The pre inspection agreement should be signed before the inspection. For Termites I would do the same as a home inspection. After doing the Termite Inspection if the client wants to go forward with a termite treatment the cost of the inspection will be discounted off the price of treatment rendering the inspection absolutely free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from PDH Academy Home Inspector training course. I took and Passed the National Home Inspectors Exam. I also took exams through the Ohio Department of Agriculture and am licensed to do Termite Inspections and Treatments. I am also a certified professional inspector through Internachi.
