Jacob did an excellent job putting up my awning. He was punctual and extremely nice; his price was more than fair. I highly recommended him.

Jacob tackled my job with no apprehension..he showed up when he said he would ...the job was done with expertise and complete understanding of what I wanted and needed. I gave Jacob a 5 star because he is well deserving and I will be using him again

Goodrich Contracting Solutions LLC's reply

Hi Matt, I'm sorry that you were dissatisfied with my service. I will say that the price increase was due to a safety concern. As for the lack of communication, I get a large amount of messages throughout the day and unfortunately yours went unseen and I am very upset with myself about that. I do apologize for this as I am still a relatively new business owner. I sincerely hope that whoever you chose to help you satisfied all of your needs, thank you for your review and have good day.
