Introduction: My vocal coaching is more than just a lesson on how to sing. I coach you through everything you do as a singer. Things like musical auditions, solo & ensemble, school choir and solos, college additions, vocal or karaoke contests, recording studio preparations, church choir, or just singing for fun. I will help guide you through all your goals and support you at your event. We also have 4 projects a year. We have one in spring of either a genre or specific artist. In summer we have a Patriotic Tribute, in fall they do anther artist or genre project, then in winter we perform our Christmas songs at local malls and record a Christmas CD for the students. So my students learn to be well rounded! I love to see each students progress as they grow with the studio. My studio is well known for students supporting each other. It's a great feeling to be a part of making my students dreams come true.

My experience working with Extreme Vocal Experience and Jennifer Harris has absolutely AMAZING!!! I have always wanted to become a famous singer when I grow up so I began taking lessons with Jennifer Harris in March of 2013! Jennifer is an amazing vocal coach! She has taught me how to perform properly on stage; and do a lot of unique things with my voice. The lesson each week will be the most fun you will ever. Jen will not only be your coach she will also become like your friend. Whenever Jen thinks you need to improve something she doesn't only tell you what you should work on, but she gives you ideas on how you could improve. If you take lessons through Jen and Extreme Vocal Experience you will be greatly impressed with the result!

I have been a student of Jennifer's for several years now, and my vocals have improved greatly. She offers a very well rounded format, including vocal health and confidence building. She cares about all of her students as individuals, and provides us with many chances to perform our art. Before I started taking lessons from from Jennifer, I had a very quiet voice, almost no chest voice, and a very prominant break. Now I am a "belter" with a very developed chest voice and can transition easily from head to chest. Thank you, Jennifer Harris!

Jennifer is an incredible teacher. What I've always been told is that it takes about three years of training and practice to become a professional-sounding singer, but that with the right effort and dedication, you can make a lot of progress in one year. With Jennifer's help, I've made *a lot* of progress in one year. What I like about Jennifer's approach is that it's extremely technique-oriented, and very structured. There is a well-defined goal, and concrete steps to obtain it. I was given a very rational approach that started with the absolute foundation, and worked up one step at a time. At no point did I ever feel like I was thrown into a deep end with no idea how to actually do what was being asked of me, but at no point did I ever feel as though I was moving too slowly to make any actual progress either. Additionally, Jennifer does an excellent job of creating a small community of singers by regularly hosting recitals and events for the students to perform in front of each other, family and friends, etc. In short, I would strongly recommend EVE for students of all ages and skill levels. (Obligatory disclaimer: if you don't practice in your own free time, or if you don't approach the material as instructed, you're unlikely to make any actual progress regardless of who your instructor is)

I continually look for new And fun techniques and song to develop my students.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I opened my studio after teaching in a music store for 5 years. I was told that my students were not allowed to perform in events that where not sponsored by the store
What types of customers have you worked with?
For my students I give them guidance in vocal technique, vocal health, performance, mic control, and recording. I find and make events for students to perform at.
