I now focus on small carpentry projects, home repairs, and residential maintenance work for homeowners, landlords, and property managers. My background is in finish carpentry and cabinetry, and I enjoy helping people take care of the projects around the home that require skill, the right tools, and attention to detail. This covers travel, diagnosis, and completing many common tasks such as: • punch list work • fixture installation • installing shelves or hardware • adjusting doors or cabinets • assembling furniture • small carpentry or repair items If a project requires additional labor or materials, I will provide a clear line item price and material list Estimates The $125 service call also covers estimate visits, and the fee is credited toward the job if you move forward with the project. I’m also happy to provide free estimates over the phone when detailed photos or videos are provided. Small projects and punch-list items are welcome, and many can be completed during the initial visit.
