Leonel was very kind and thorough. He took his time diagnosing the issue with my dishwasher and explained simply, yet in detail the problem. When I mentioned the water heater has some issues too that could be related, he had no problem with checking that too. Turns out we won’t need to replace it, just a new heating element. I will definitely be keeping Leonel in mind for future jobs like this around the house. Highly recommend.
