We needed a quick drying solution because our move-in timeline was so incredibly short. I was concerned that the “quick dry” would just mean the carpets were less clean, but that wasn’t true at all. Amazing amazing amazing! I live in a home W 4 pets so ... stains and odor were something I just learned to live with. Now after the carpets have been treated and cleaned the house smells amazing and there is not one stain left on the carpets! It’s just amazing! I highly recommend these guys. Glad to help Alane! If your home has pets it's best to have your carpets cleaned every 6 months to 1 year. We love our pets, but sometimes our carpets don't love them quite as much!!! LOL

I was really happy with the service the day of. I hired them to clean the carpet for a move out, but only because they offered to handle some bleach spots in my son’s room. The spots were gone that day. They even went on to tell me they used bleach neutralizer so the spots didn’t reappear. I just got photos from the landlord today. Lauren, I don't think a one star review is warranted here as you could have called to have the spot retreated. Not to mention you didn't give us the best working environment as we showed up and had no power or lights and had to work with one extension chord. Also, are you sure the new renter or landlord did not have the carpets cleaned again? When we spoke about this I told you we could do a non permanent repair, but the next cleaning would take it out. See below. ProDry Floor Care: "OK, in that case we can do something a little different and more cost effective. We have chalks that will stick to the fibers until the next cleaning that we can blend those spots with. This way they are less noticable, but you don't have to pay the high expense of dying the spots." You: "I like that idea! There are two of them. About a golf ball size if I remember correctly. I’ll send those pics as soon as I get home. We’ve only lived here six months, so other than that, the carpets are in pretty good shape"
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing here on Thumbtack is based on a per room cost for our Standard Cleaning Service. We charge $50 per area up to 150 sf. When we arrive we will measure the areas you want to have cleaned and divide by 150 for the area room count. It's that basic. Each set of stairs counts as 1 area. Our Standard Cleaning is everything you need to take care of spots and stains and even some odors. If you have extreme situations like heavy soiling or pet urine we do have upgraded packages that we offer to take care of those situations. We also offer Hardwood Floor Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning and Offsite Area Rug Cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Most clients ask if we do onsite estimates. While we can do this, we typically will measure everything you want cleaned before we begin any cleaning service and give you all of your options up front. Your technician will recommend what they feel is needed for the best cleaning depending on the condition of your carpets. The final decision is up to the client, we do not hard sell anyone, only educate and let you make an informed decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We attend annual trade shows and complete training offered by the IICRC. ProDry requires all techs with the company at least one year to become IICRC Certified Carpet Cleaning Technicians. Staying on top of the current trends is how we feel we can give our customers the best service in the Cincinnati area.
