I started training with Abbie two years ago after working with several other trainers. As a person who was already in good physical condition, it could be challenging to find someone who could push me past plateaus. I looked for a trainer who not only seemed knowledgable, but also practiced what they preached. I had watched Abbie train others at my gym and they always seemed to be physically exerted after every workout. Plus, she personally looked like what I envisioned as my ideal "after" image, so I trusted her to take my training as seriously as her own. Abbie listened to my fitness goals and pushed me to achieve them, even when I put up a fight. As a result, I look better today than I did prior to having my children. But perhaps what's greatest about Abbie is her genuine care and investment in each and every client, not only professionally but personally. So many of Abbie's clients would consider her a dear friend, and I am lucky enough to be one of them. Abbie's approach is the perfect combination of motivation, hard work and humor that truly yields results, with a little fun while getting them. After meeting her once, you'll be hooked.

Abbie is an excellent trainer and one of the best around! Abbie trained and educated me on weightlifting over a four year period of time. She rocks first because she lives what she teaches. Second, Abbie assesses the clients desired goals and constructs a plan of action in partnership with her expertise. Abbie has been a figure competitor herself and placed well in 7 competitions. I highly recommend her to take a current or hopeful competitor to take your fitness level to an even higher level. Abbie trained me to the stage for my first and only competition and I deeply appreciate all that she did for me! In addition, I have observed her training individuals with a wide variety of goals and her knowledge base and experience can service a wide range. Third, Abbie is very easy to be with! She has the people skills to interact with many different personality types, professionals, and non-professionals. Her desires to elevate the client to achieve their goals is obvious and she believes in her client until they reach them.

I have been training with Abbie for about 4 years. She is the greatest! I have had back issues my entire life and most trainers couldn't get the right program that didn't aggravate my back further. Abbie knew just what to do to avoid problems. Plus, I am in the best physical shape of my life and I am over 60 now.

Abbie is a superstar. She only ever asks her clients to do their best. She is incredibly well-trained, and an expert in helping clients who have physical difficulties - whether that be in a general way, or a need to rehab from a specific injury. She was my trainer for 3 years, and I made great strides in strength and fitness.

Abbie was instrumental in my recovery from a radial head fracture. She supplemented my physical therapy and helped me regain 100% range of motion. I’m so grateful to her. Abbie knows exactly how far to push and I’ve seen significant improvements in my strength and endurance. I would recommend Abbie to someone looking for a trainer that will help her lose weight, increase strength and become more fit.
