We had an unusual request for an item to be wrapped & strapped to a pallet to prepare for freight company to pick up. Needed it to be done in a very timely manner. (We’re in Kansas & needed a handyman for the project in West Chester, Ohio). Contacted Mike thru Thumbtack & he responded quickly, was very accommodating, kept in touch via text for updates, eta & even sent a photo of the professional job he did when finished! My price is a rough estimate of time and gas to drive to the property. It also includes rough estimate of cost from start to finish with limited information supplied by work order.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get to know them along with there expectations for the project so they are 100 percent satisfied. I'm not satisfied if the customer is not satisfied. I take pride in my services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to Fortis College for heating, air-conditioning, and commercial refrigeration. Have a universal epa license. Graduated with 4.0 high academics award. Held jobs in roofing, concrete, appliance repair, commercial refrigeration and appliance repair, plumbing, and electrical.
