Jill is amazing. She has an excellent eye for design and somehow got into my head, saw my vision, and improved it significantly. Even better, she is committed to repurposing items and nearly everything that we used was purchased by Jill at a thrift shop or online auction for a fraction of the retail price. For example she just bought two floating wood shelves for us at an online auction for 40 cents. She also listed our old items for sale which further reduced the overall cost of our project. Jill turned our generic upstairs family room into a Yellowstone room and helped us completely change the look of our kitchen by painting the cabinets, changing out drawer pulls and lights, and refinishing the table. Next up we are redoing our laundry room. We are very happy with Jill and highly recommend her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every customer has different needs for their home and my first priority is to assess what you already own that can be repurposed to save money on the project. I am VERY thrifty and enjoy the hunt - this saves money and time for my clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
RE starts with a walk through of all the spaces that need to be re-designed, followed by a step-by-step plan for the project. I use inspiration photos to help my clients visualize the theme we are going for or ask for access to Pinterest if they have an account. Knowing what they like helps me bring it to life. An estimate for the project will be sent for approval before we start and 50% deposit is due at that time. The balance is due 1 week after completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in fashion design for almost 15 years and have an eye for pulling together color, texture, and prints. My work as an real estate agent has also contributed to my knowledge on how to add value to your home.
