- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every customer has different needs for their home and my first priority is to assess what you already own that can be repurposed to save money on the project. I am VERY thrifty and enjoy the hunt - this saves money and time for my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
RE starts with a walk through of all the spaces that need to be re-designed, followed by a step-by-step plan for the project. I use inspiration photos to help my clients visualize the theme we are going for or ask for access to Pinterest if they have an account. Knowing what they like helps me bring it to life. An estimate for the project will be sent for approval before we start and 50% deposit is due at that time. The balance is due 1 week after completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in fashion design for almost 15 years and have an eye for pulling together color, texture, and prints. My work as an real estate agent has also contributed to my knowledge on how to add value to your home.
