We contacted Lawn Sprinklers and Lighting last minute to winterize our irrigationsystem because the company we normally use could not get to us in a timely manner. We were concerned about freezing temps affecting our system. Lawn Sprinklers came out the same day and winterized our system - also replaced a small part at no charge. They were professional and timely and we plan to use them in the future. Highly recommend this company. The price was fair as well.

From start to finish, my first experience with Doug from Lawn Sprinklers was above and beyond wonderful! Not only were they affordable, they were available almost immediately! They arrived on time (thank you!) and blew me away with their professionalism, while at the same time, I felt like I was doing business with a good friend. That is pretty awesome!
Doug went to a considerable amount of trouble to make sure I knew how to operate and edit my system controls, and was incredibly skilled at explaining settings in a way I easily retained. He got my system up and running, made sure everything was operating properly, and was on his way.
I couldn't help but feel relieved, knowing that from now on I have a great ally in the business and won't have to keep searching for a sprinkler maintenance company from here forward. I've found the ones I'm sticking with...for good!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly for service calls, but mostly only charge for one hour. If the systems are under warranty there is not a charge for labor or products. There are maintenance contracts as an option, but also there are many scenarios and it is best to call office when searching for service and costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule Meeting with customer and site visit. Listen to their needs and recommend and explain solutions. Gather all information and create profile in office. Schedule work immediately and communicate through the process of service. Follow up after project completion. Proactive in scheduling services
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we are part of the Ohio Irrigation Association. We also routinely participate in Manufacture's invites to seminar's and several distributor's seminar's through the year.
