Ty was amazing to set things up with and very professional. He went out of his way to line things up with my schedule. Jerry the surveyor was extremely friendly and made sure I knew what was happening the whole time. He walked me through my property lines at the end and I received a plat of my yard so I know exactly what is mine. Highly recommend going through QCM.

Super. Ty at the main office was on the ball -- super friendly and easy going. A real breath of fresh air in this day and age of people not responding to calls and emails. Ty was *on it*. The surveyor (alas, my age-addled brain can't come up with his name right now) was also great. Friendly, precise, and really striving for accuracy. All things you want in a surveyor. He also took the time to explain some of the intricacies of his trade, which I found fascinating. QCM's pricing was fair too. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Price for Surveys can vary 600 - 900 for a standard boundary Survey and increase if the client is consolidating or splitting lots.
Lot Size, Woods and time built all factor into cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Licensed Surveyors review the property in depth to determine cost as well as Clients future projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our surveyors are certified in the State of Kentucky and Ohio.
