FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first and most important step is building a relationship with each other. Trust is something that customers need from someone who is going to be listening and helping. I want customers to know they can trust me and that is the initial time for me to open up and let them decide if they feel confident about the help I can provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master's Degree in Counseling and Education began the next continuing years of constant education, licenses, and credentials earned to understand different cultural differences, developmental needs and resources, and current trends of successful solutions for diverse human emotions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been driven to understand others and helping them come up with ways to solve or cope so they can find peace with issues keeping them from living life to the fullest. Socially, I have always been the kind of friend others could always trust to be there, and found myself wanting to become that kind of professional as well. It is rewarding to me to know I could be that one moment in time that changed someone or helped them find out their strengths that only needed to surface.
