FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my clients train with me for 30 min. My pricing breakdown for 30 min is as follows: 1-8 sessions cost $35 each 9-14 sessions cost $30 each 15+ cost $25 each. If you’d like to do an hour just add $15 to that price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial consultation I will go over what their goals are, what they’ve done to get where the are currently, what they feel are some of the reasons that they cannot reach their goals. Talk about diet; some important do’s and dont’s. Find out if he/she has any restrictions that I should be aware of Discuss my training methods and what to expect from a normal session. Followed by a free session so as to see if you like my training style and want to move forward
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with children as young as 10 to senior citizens over 65 years old. Some of my clients are recovering from minor to sever injuries such as broken ankles or recovering from a stroke. Some of my clients are trying to prepare for competitions while others are preparing for high school or collegiate sports. The majority of my clients are just looking to get back into shape or lose a few pounds overall.
