Short story: They accepted a progress payment, never showed up again and quit answering the phone/replying to texts.

Longer version: They were very professional on the front end. I hired them to pressure wash and stain my deck. They required payment of half upon completion of pressure washing and told us they'd be back the next day to do the staining. They hurriedly pressure washed but preparation was still incomplete and we were told they needed another piece of equipment to finish but we went ahead and paid the first half as agreed. They haven't been back and have quit responding to calls and texts.
