- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with an initial conversation to understand the client’s goals, timeline, and current situation. For buyers, the first in-person appointment takes place in my office, where we review the process, expectations, and strategy in detail. From there, I provide clear guidance, recommendations, and next steps tailored to their specific needs. Communication is consistent throughout, and clients always know where they stand and what to expect at each stage.

I have extensive professional training and ongoing education in real estate strategy, marketing, negotiation, and client representation. I continually stay current with market trends, pricing strategies, and consumer behavior to ensure clients receive informed, up-to-date guidance.
