We used Crossroads to move our daughter's furniture out of her Ex's house. Jesse & Jose went above and beyond the entire way. When her Ex forced us to change the arrival time the day of the moveout, Jesse had no problem accommodating our request. They took great care to protect the furniture (many pieces were antiques) and her Ex's home. They were amazingly quick, efficient, and understanding of our daughter's situation. During the course of the moveout our daughter's Ex was ugly to her. When he wasn't around, they came to her and asked if she was okay or if she needed anything. So compassionate!

They responded to my questions quickly. They were late to our agreed time, but that was due to previous appointment requests. They kept me updated as to estimated arrival time. They were polite and courteous. They took extra care to wrap furniture with blankets and bubble wrap when I mentioned how sentimental the pieces were. They disassembled and reassembled the bed frame quickly. They worked quickly. I was very satisfied.
