First appointment was scheduled for 2 pm , I received call around 3:30 that they needed to move time back. I was okay with that since I was home that entire day. They called around 5 pm to reschedule for another day. I reschedule for a week later at noon. That day approaches and after 30 min late from appointment time and no phone call to inform of running late I decided to go in another direction. I never had the chance to see their work but I find this to be bad customer service . update: The owner of the company contacted me to correct issues that had happened. The owner was very kind and understanding and took care of the service I needed by himself. I appreciate his professionalism and responsiveness to my issue. When I need more help around my place I will be happy to use his services again.

Matthew and his crewman, Raphael—I believe that was his name— did a great job rebuilding a privacy gate between my yard and my parent's yard next door. The gate clears massive tree roots and works like a charm. They also hung a new outdoor light for me. Not a huge job, but I appreciate not having to deal with electrical myself. I'd highly recommend this company. Matt was very responsive and the job was done well, on time and in a short amount of time.
