Billed me for 45 minutes of “plumbing work” and a service fee to tell me the leak was originating from a different unit and they couldn’t fix it. Over $150 for no work performed, completely ridiculous and would not recommend them. Call and get a quote from a different company before you use these guys.
Below they stated he was there for over an hour. No chance the technician was in my apartment for over an hour let alone 45 minutes. I brought the technician into my unit and pointed out the two areas I believed the leak was coming from and it was confirmed to be one of those two areas. I was also told over the phone that the technician was there for 52 minutes, so they’re definitely lying about how long their technician was at my unit for. How long would be a reasonable amount of time for a plumber to find a leak in a 800 square foot apartment? Either way, $150 dollars for this simple diagnosis and no worked performed is completely ridiculous and they’d rather make a quick buck off of me than create life long customers.
