- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. I provide a free 20 minute phone consultation. 2. If you wish to continue, we will schedule a 1 hour in-person consultation ($50). 3. If you are still comfortable moving forward, we will schedule 3 hour organization sessions. I cannot quote an amount per project, as it varies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The phone consultation allows you to describe your needs and learn about the process. At the 1 hour consultation, we will create an action plan to help determine goals and steps. The 3 hour organization sessions are a time to work together in sorting, purging, organizing, and creating systems that work for you. You will have homework with each session to help you gain the tools to feel confident in your space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a wide range of life experience as well as having worked both as a teacher and librarian, both of which demand organization for success. I have certifications with ICD (Institute for Challenging Disorganization) with in Foundations, Hoarding, and the Aging Client.
