- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For jobs over $500 I require 50% of the job is paid up front the other 50% is upon completion. I'm more than willing to give you an estimate so that you know how much a project will cost so that we can work with your budget. I offer gift cards for customer referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all jobs I perform I would like to discuss and inspect the work to be done before hand so that I can give you an estimate for cost. Once we have agreed upon the work to be performed and the cost I will begin work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of experience I have remodeled several homes and constructed several new homes. I have experience in sheet rock, tape texture, landscaping, excavation, framing, flooring, tiling, trim, concrete, and cabinet and door installation.
