Could not have been happier with Jarette with Wilco Improvements. We had a project that we posted on thumbtack, and he was incredibly fast responding to the posting and getting straight to work. We have quite a lot of projects, having bought a 120 year old house. We were so happy with his work we have since had him help us with two further projects. He closed off the crawl space where critters were getting under the house, replaced a door/frame that had rotted, and is working on re-trimming a stained glass window. He is creative and thorough, very fair pricing and provides transparent estimates and timely invoices. Don't hesitate to work with him!

Jarrett responded same day, came to our home next day, inspected brick molding and door frame repair needed. We discussed various solutions and he got back to us within 2 days with an itemized estimate detailing exactly what he would do and how much each repair would cost. We hired him and he came out within a couple days and completed the work over the next several work days with a high level of craftsmanship. We are very happy and will most likely retain his services again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically my pricing is by the job. When I send an estimate to someone everything will be itemized and I do not mark up my materials. My pricing reflects my experience, customer service, and quality of workmanship.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I contact the customer and find out what it is they are looking to get done. Second I setup a time to visit them and complete and send them an estimate. Once the scope of work and customer needs have been identified the work is performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
