Jarrett was professional, friendly when working on some drywall and home maintenance and repairs.
Jarette was just what the doctor ordered ... quality work at a fair price. Moreover, he was professional and punctual and kept me appraised of things as they went along. The tile and grout repair looks as good as new! Couldn't be happier!! Hard to find someone this responsible and dedicated to providing excellent service!! Would use again and will recommend ... which I don't do very often.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically my pricing is by the job. When I send an estimate to someone everything will be itemized and I do not mark up my materials. My pricing reflects my experience, customer service, and quality of workmanship.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I contact the customer and find out what it is they are looking to get done. Second I setup a time to visit them and complete and send them an estimate. Once the scope of work and customer needs have been identified the work is performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
