We had World Class install a new tankless water heater and fix various plumbing issues around the house. They did a fantastic job! Explained every step and answered any question I had. Didn’t feel like I was being sold but given facts for me to make a educated decision. Would go with them again!

Water Heater Repair or Maintenance

We’re able to come and help quickly. Got the work done that day to replace a damaged water heater. My only complaint is that I was promised an expansion tank and there was not space for it. No one let me know until the work was completed so I did wonder whether the cost should have been adjusted.

Garbage Disposal Repair

My garbage disposal stopped working a few days ago and I wasn't able to solve the issue myself, so I found WCS here on the Thumbtack. They responded within minutes to set an appointment, and Todd (my technician) finished another job early, so he was here within about 90 minutes of my original query. Super quick and efficient. Todd was very knowledgeable and after working thru a couple of fixes that I'd tried and failed with earlier on my own, he discovered that a nail had somehow gotten down into the disposal and was jamming things up. He was able to clear the blockage and get the disposal motor working again in short order. I will say that I expected the job to be a bit cheaper, but their invoicing didn't really have a close match for the task and so Todd offered me a slight discount on what was charged, which I appreciated. On the whole, it was absolutely worth it to have the problem fixed in such a short amount of time. Would definitely hire these guys out again.

    Our Consultation Fee During Business Hours is $59 We offer Military, Police, Fire, EMS, & Senior Discounts at 10% Our Total Home Care Club Discount is 15%.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After first contact with our client we take down their basic information as well as get information about the issue. From there they are added to our scheduling software and scheduled with the service expert that is best suited to serve them and their issue. Once our Service Expert is on the way they will be notified via text message and a follow up phone call from the Service Expert. Our Service Experts arrive in uniform and with shoe covers for their shoes to protect your floors and also floor protection mats for their tools and when they first enter your home. After careful consultation and evaluation of systems we will present the issues with possible options for you to review and to select. From there we will perform the requested work and follow up with you throughout the process and keep you updated. After work is completed we will clean up any mess which we back up with our Clean Home Guarantee!!!
