I contacted the Reese Law Firm to inquire about purchasing rental property in Ohio from out-of-state.
The information I received in response gave me a better view of the "lay of the land" in the Buckeye State as far as rental property is concerned. I also felt like the information was both cogent and compelling from a legal standpoint.
