What a great company. Dan showed up on time and introduced himself and was very friendly. When I asked him when he could do the job he said "right now". Dan had the job done and cleaned up his mess. What man does that? Dan went above and beyond the job by cleaning out my gutters while he was on the roof without me asking him to. He said he saw that they were plugged so he went around the house and cleaned them all. Then it came time to pay my bill. I was expecting it to be over the quote. It was not it was exactly what he quoted me. I would definitely use Dan again and if you don't you've hired the wrong company.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Dan was concise and professional! It was such an emotional day to finally clean up my sister house after her death! However, Dan knew exactly how to approach this situation. It was the anniversary of my sisters passing and he was very considerate to our family emotions as well as the timing of cleaning out her house. He kept me informed from California via text message and took the appropriate pictures of his work, to show me what he has completed. This process was a breeze considering the situation. I will definitely be calling Dan of K&W construction for another project! Thank you for your professionalism Dan!

The roof looks great! Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable! He wanted to make sure everything was well taken care of on site. He takes pride in his work! He personally overlooked everything and double checked all work that was completed!

Pricing is dependent on service needed
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free estimate. In which we will travel to your home to discuss your needs, and provide a free estimate which in most cases is a set price. We throughly exam the problem so there are no extra cost surprises. Also we are not a high pressure sales co. Our reputation speaks for itself.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 23 years experience in the roofing industry. That stems from Denver co.,Boston ma.,Toledo oh., now Astor fla. I have been through a roofer apprenticeship program, several roofing seminars. And 23 years of working in the field on flat commercial projects, as well as residential.
