So, they addressed our issue. And, they were responsive, professional, and courteous. That said, it was $575 for 1.5 hours' worth of work that didn't involve replacing anything -- not even a circuit breaker. This included diagnosing the problem, tightening some loose wiring at the panel, and eliminating some old cable cords. If it weren't for the fact that our usual electrician wasn't available and we really needed to get this done for an inspection, we would have waited to use our usual guy.

Was easy to get in touch with them and they texted and called throughout the wait time to make sure I was sill available. Ethan seemed very knowledgeable fixed the toilet leak but gave us options for what he could do since the toilet was older. Ended up replacing the toilet! Good experience!
