So, they addressed our issue. And, they were responsive, professional, and courteous. That said, it was $575 for 1.5 hours' worth of work that didn't involve replacing anything -- not even a circuit breaker. This included diagnosing the problem, tightening some loose wiring at the panel, and eliminating some old cable cords. If it weren't for the fact that our usual electrician wasn't available and we really needed to get this done for an inspection, we would have waited to use our usual guy.

Extremely overpriced: I was charged $350 for one tiny part (union access) replacement which was a ~30 min job. They had two people on the job as one was being trained so likely why they charged me so much money. They explained the issue on the phone and I actually thought they’re changing the pipe leading to it, but it ended up being a union access part which costs like $6-7 a piece and took them less than 30 mins. I went forward with it because it’s a gas leak and needed to be addressed and I couldn’t wait any longer as they rescheduled the appointment once already from earlier this week.

Stan, thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding the cost of the repair. Our pricing is provided upfront and reflects not only the part itself, but the experience, safety procedures, testing, equipment, and warranty that go into properly completing a gas-line repair.
We also strongly believe in training the next generation of skilled plumbers. When a technician is accompanied by someone in training, **customers are not charged extra because a trainee is present.**

I can honestly say that this is the first plumbing company that I enjoyed contracting with. I had an appointment on the first day and they called me early in the day to say that they couldnt keep appointment due to some emergency repairs. They set a new appointment and contacted me about 1 hour before to tell when they would arrive.Pablo, the plumber, was polite, friendly and professional. He explained my problems, discussed options and then quickly completed the work.I highly recommend them and will definitely call them with any future projects.
