- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is usually a flat rate, unless, it is a completed job like a home network where several devices need to "talk" to each other. That is something that is priced a little different, and according to how many devices, the size of the home or business, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. With having an A+ certification, it expires every 3 years, and your must take a test to be able to keep that certification. So I am constantly staying up to date.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been amazed about the technology field. Anything from how an alarm clock works, all the way to how I can send an email 1000's of miles away in a blink of an eye.
