Nina and Anthony were great..they didn’t only clean my gutter/downspouts they gave me good advice on what should I do with my old gutters/he even try a fix one gutter which was in a bad shape..thank you again for doing a great job today and being honest people, these days it’s hard to find decent honest people to do business with....and I definitely to recommend them to everyone..I will see you again🙋🏻♀️

Anthony was flexible with his schedule and was able to complete a guttercleaning and downspout flush earlier than expected. Anthony listened to my concerns with trouble spots. He and his partner were efficient and thorough. After completing the work, he explained his findings and confirmed the gutters & downspouts were cleared and free of debris. I am happy to recommend him and would definitely rehire.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know we always give the most fair and honest price available for that particular job. We price accordingly to what the job entails and whenever you hire us know that your paying for our expertise, quality of work, and overall amazing satisfaction from start to finish!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is first making contact with the potential customer and finding out their needs, then get the address of the property where the work is to be done so we can give an estimate on the project. After this is completed we will touch base with the customer and go over the estimate in detail, if the customer is satisfied with the quote and wants to hire us we will then move forward with booking an appointment to do the work. After completion of work we will touch base with the customer and make sure they are happy and satisfied with the work we performed and go over any questions or concerns they may have, also at this time payment for work done will be collected in full.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years experience in this cleaning industry and also 20 years in customer service.
