First, thank you for keeping appt w/n time frame. Had appt w/another guy who injured neck-did text to cancel appt, no reschedule, hope ok. When indoors, Art wore shoe coverings. Honest-tried to lube vertical blind track, said might have to ret. Installed garage side door & attic frames. Sealed with foam that take hrs to dry. Gave 5 b/c filled a little seam around light switch & swept up debris. Would have given 4 1/2 b/c Was hoping that he would swing back later that day or next day to trim off excess foam. Works at an easy pace. Had all tools. My first time using a handyman service. Go to each room and Write down what needs to be done. Then, prioritize—if fixed I’ll be happy, even if it is as simple as a screw in a chair, then the ceiling fan or vice verse. If a handle needs to be replaced, if possible have the handle of choice & screw available. If not, tell the handyman so he will have heads up. Since rates are on site, have in mind how much you want to spend. Everything does not have to be done at one time. Do what is going to satisfy you first.

Art arrived each day when he said he would and we are thrilled with his work! I will be calling him again for future projects. He rebuilt fence and put in a post that was a massive “hot mess” due to big roots. He built new section of the fence and repaired metal gate that was dragging. He also poured cement to make our back top safe again. So happy!!!
