Phil was a dream to work with. He listened to what I wanted done and executed the task exactly as I asked him to. He was there when he said he would be. He was very neat and cleaned up after he was done with the job. I have had nothing but compliments about the project he done for me. He was very professional and very reasonable in price. He takes pride in his work and it definitely shows in the finished project. I would definitely recommend him for doing any job you want done in your home.

Phil was thorough and extremely professional. The quality of work was exemplary. He did multiple jobs for me and each job was completed accurately and in a timely manner the first time. "Do. Overs" were not necessary. Phil is a very honest and trustworthy contractor who does a quality job for a reasonable rate and leaves the worksite clean when finished. I highly recommend Phil for quality performance in a timely manner for a fair price.

My base fee is $50 when I arrived at the homeowners home after that it’s $35 an hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will call the homeowner and set an appointment then investigate the project to be finished and give a free estimate.

I’ve been in construction for 20 years and have worked with other contractors on job sites.
