FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a personal trainer, there are a few things you want to keep an eye on. Credentials rarely make the difference. Most good trainers will ask you what you want from your workouts and cater to those needs. However, if you want to drop 20 pounds and he or she immediately puts you on a bicep curl machine, look out! Compound exercises work the best, and most trainers are either too lazy to teach them, or don't know how. Things like squats, dead lifts, bench presses, overhead presses, and pull ups are much better "bang for your buck" exercises.
