- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
WE GIVE AN HONEST AVERAGE "BALL PARK" PRICE OVER THE PHONE UPON THE DESCRIPTIONS OF REPAIRS NEEDED FROM THE CUSTOMER. WE ALSO ADVISE TO GET MORE ESTIMATES BECAUSE WE BEAT ANYONE PRICES OUT WITH OUTSTANDING SERVICE.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.OVER THE PHONE RESPONSE. TELL THEM ABOUT US. 2. WE WILL WORK WITH THEIR BUDGET TO KEEP AS CUSTOMER. 3. SET A DAY & TIME FOR US TO COME OUT & DIAGNOSE ISSUE. 4. WE GIVE THE CUSTOMER A 1/2 HOUR COURTESY CALL OR TEXT BEFORE WE ARRIVE FOR THE REPAIRS. 5. WE ALWAYS CHECK WITH CUSTOMER TO MAKE SURE THEIR OK.

1.BUILDING TRADES FOR OVER 30 YEARS. 2. PREVIOUS CITY OF EUCLID BUILDING & PLUMBING INSPECTOR FROM NOV.7,2007 UNTIL LAY OFF ON APRIL 4,2012. 3. HAVE ALL CITY GENERAL CONTRACTOR & SEWER LICENSES.
