Charles did a nice job snaking our kitchen sink drain. It was a bigger job than first anticipated, so the cost was higher than the estimate, but the job was done well. He also did a nice job of cleaning up afterward.

Truthfully I worked with millionair investors, realty agents, home/property owners, we even did some work for Ted Ginn Sr, a few years back.☺
