UPDATE: I had written a review instead of reaching out because some time had passed since service... Well, Voda reached out regardless! Karl kindly offered to help with the situation and told me he stands by the work they do. They did an additional hot water rinse and now I can happily sit on my carpet. So I'm very glad overall to have worked with them and would recommend them/hire again.

Initially things were great, but something told me to wait before writing a review.
I had the carpetcleaning done in last days of March in preparation for a move-in. Communication was good, contractors were friendly, and all seemed to be fine. Fast-forward a couple weeks I noticed a waxy film of sorts on my feet after walking over certain areas of carpeting. I was hoping it would go away, but now that the heat has increased I noticed it more. In the hectic mess of moving, I haven’t tried to fix it yet. It’s unfortunate I tried to do something nice for my father and now it’s another task to fix.

They did an excellent job on cleaning my sofa, reclining chair, and carpet. I have 2 big dogs and they were able to remove ALL stains.
I had an excellent experience with Voda. They communicated well, were right on time, and did an amazing job cleaning all the carpets in the house. Very thorough and professional. I will absolutely hire them again.

Scott and his wife did a great job, however they didn’t move my couches and tables to get under…..my mistake I didn’t ask them to. My carpet looks and smells great! They did a fine job!
