Introduction: I do business strategy and writing: where to aim your words and how to hit the target. Just finished writing some great copy for an insurance business (website), a catering business (website), an optometrist (brochure) and a nonprofit (newsletter) -- I cover the waterfront.
I start out listening to you: what do you really need, and what have you tried before now. I focus on real results, that is, advertising that makes money, not advertising that looks good.
As a former creative director, I work well with designers, and printers, too.
As for media: you name it, I've done it, from electronic to paper, from catalogs to letters.
What do my customers love about my work? I work quickly and I always meet my deadlines; I become very familiar with your product or service; I write extremely good advertising copy; and I have no ego involved in the product. I'm here to sell you, not me. And my copy works.
As I say in my COSE talk: have a product the people want, find out why the want it --your 10% difference in the market -- and sell that.
In addition, I also consult on making your advertising pay off better by finding ways to keep those new customers or clients so your advertising REALLY pays off.
