- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Residential Rooms are as follows : The first room is $ 34.95 up to 250 square feet .this can be figured by example 25 x10 =250 sq. ft. Rooms over are only 10cents additional per square foot. extra rooms $15.00 each . pre- treatment for heavily soiled traffic lanes due to spillages or pet stains are and additional $10.00-$25.00 per area depending upon size of areas to be corrected .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we can determine the customers request we then will calculate it towards our standard price and cleaning procedures and try to work out a time and date that would be good for them.

We have been building up our truck mounts to deliver hot steam extraction thru a high performance vacuum system that leaves most carpet and furniture ready for action in only a few hours ! We have eliminated detergents with oils that leave behind collective residues in carpets and other fine fabrics thru our cleaning processes and replaced them with a safer rinse cycle that eliminates quick soiling giving the customer proven longer lasting beauty thru our many totally satisfied customers...We are thankful to be able to make a supreme difference in their interior surroundings ....
