I called on Eddie to help re-insulate an attic. He was quick to respond and gave me a very competitive bid. While on site, Eddie discovered a whole colony of bats in the attic. This did not deter him, and he completed the work on time and to my satisfaction - what a trooper! I will definitely look to work with Eddie again in the future.

I am grateful to Eddie for his honesty and professionalism. My home is quite a distance for him, he came, called with an ETA, was punctual, and review my situation. He inspected, explained my insulation was adequate, and thought the problem may be HVAC, which it was and easily remedied by turning a baffle. Would have been easy for him to take advantage, but he did not. Although I can not rate his workmanship since he did not need to do any I can definitely rate his character, and it is remarkable. Thank you Eddie.

after discussion of service needs and times we set up a walk threw of the area where individual needs are determined. this allows us to accurately provide the customer with pricing as well as saving the customer time with a detailed service list to be completed correctly from the first service to everyone in between.

12 years of janitorial and flooring experience as well as other building maintenance repairs.
