FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm flexible with pricing because every home is different. I'm happy to customize a cleaning service that meets the customer's particular needs while keeping within their budget ~Discounts~ *40% off for referrals. When I am referred to someone and they follow through with my service, I will give the customer who referred me a 40% discount on their next service. *Discounts are also given for reoccurring services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, the first part of the process is to discuss details of what they would like done. If there are any special supplies or equipment they would like me to bring, please let me know. "Special supplies/equipment" might include carpet cleaner/stain removal, marble/granite cleaners, or a particular type of mop. Next we schedule date for service. On the day of the cleaning, when I arrive at the customer's home, I like for them to give me a quick tour. This is when they should show me any areas that need extra attention and any rooms, if any, that they want to be left alone. I'll then get to cleaning and have the customer do a brief walk through when I'm done, just to make sure everything is done to their satisfaction.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you're thinking about hiring a cleaning service, first determine if you want certain areas cleaned or the whole home. Once you know what you want cleaned, then decide how you want it cleaned. A more regular, standard clean, or would a less frequent, but deep clean be better? Maybe a one-time service is all you want, just to help you get back on track. Once you've decided these details, you're then ready to move forward and contact the professionals. Explain what you want cleaned and then move onto when it needs to be done.
