My goal is to help you achieve that by providing practical organizing solutions and interior design that creates calm and tranquil spaces. A professional organizer is a person who can help you organize any of the physical spaces in your life — a closet, a kitchen or home office. She (and it’s almost always a she) will offer support for decision-making, facilitate actions around removal of unwanted belongings, and set up systems, from shelving to labels, that help her clients establish order and clarity. (Jolie Kerr- NY Times) What a professional organizer is not….a cleaning lady, laundress, or biohazard cleaning specialist. What is Interior Redesign? Similar to traditional interior decorating, but using your existing furnishings and accessories for most of your design, allowing you to easily transition your current style into something uniquely you. I am IAPO certified in Professional Organizing and Interior Redesign.

I highly recommend Markie & Mariah Designs for any decorating or organizing project for your home. Karla is super sweet and full of excellent advice and ideas. She and her husband are easy going and very pleasant to work with. I could not be happier with the redecorating projects she helped me with. Very fair pricing as well. Love them!!
