What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know the customer. Knowing why a customer needs a fence always helps us to determine what each customer needs! We have a basic customer information sheet, but each salesmen gets to know their customers on the next level! By the end of the process you will enjoy talking to your representative!

Family owned have installed fence my whole life!
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types! We love helping our residential customers every step of the way, but on the other hand we love working with rescues, and also larger commercial and industrial jobs as well! We are open to the public and also cater to many fence contractors as well!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We installed a fence for the portage county dog warden, it was a play area for the dogs to help make them more adoptable! We donated a Kennel for raffle to help raise funds for the project, we donated labor and we also discounted as much as possible to help make this project happen!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Be sure to let your salesman know what your fencing in or what your trying to keep out. The application of your job can make a huge difference in what materials you actually need! It will save you money no matter what, if its now because you may not need something as heavy duty, or it could save you from having to replace your fencing sooner than needed.
