Conflict and Dispute Mediation

I mediate online only with Zoom. It is just like being in the same room, but you are in the comfort of your home or office. I also mediate over the phone. Distance is not an issue. I do and can mediate for dissolution or divorce in different states. A mediator does not give legal advice, so state lines are not an issue. Thumbtack makes it look like I am in your area because I work remotely. I am located in Ohio but as mentioned above I do not give legal advice, and I do work coast to coast. I am not an attorney, so I cannot nor do I offer legal advice. I have over 30 years of being self-employed as a real estate appraiser. An appraiser proves the value where a realtor markets real estate. So, what is mediation? It is a service that has a neutral third party, me and I guide you through settling your conflict, divorce, or dispute. It is private, so with that said, it cannot be shared in court, as an example. It allows people to express their concerns and needs verbally. It allows you to be heard. In the case of divorce, you and your spouse decide what is best for your children, not a judge. I also offer divorce or relationship coaching. Divorce coaching works with your emotions and prepares you for the next step, which might be mediation or an attorney. I work as your advocate. I am a CDC Certified Divorce Coach, also known as a transitional coach or a relationship coach. The versatility of online mediation and / or coaching is less stressful, and it can be done while you are at home or out of state. Guiding people through problems or life's confusion is very comforting for me. I have walked, jogged, and run down many paths in my life, and I wish I would have had someone to guide me.
