After hours of trying to fix a leak myself, Chuck was able to address the problem within 10 minutes. He stuck around for awhile afterwards to make sure the repair worked, and offered follow-up service for free if it didn't hold. Ended up being the perfect fix!

Chuck is just an old school plumber without all the bells and whistles of a big company and is at your house to just fix the problem... not tell you a million things are wrong. He not only fixed the problem, he gave me a very reasonable quote for a new toilet installation if I choose to go that route. I really appreciated his honesty...

He installed a hot water heater for less than half what the home improvement stores wanted! Once the heater arrived he was able to install it within a few days. After he finished the installation, I liked him enough that I gave him more projects to work on!
