- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i base my estimates on the amount of time i believe it will take us to finish the job so at the end of the job it may be a little more or less than what i have estimated but not much.At that point i add the price of all the material and the hours together for the final bill. i will show all material receipts

Setting a time to meet so we can look the project over and set a reasonable price and make the decision on who provides the material.Set a time to start the job
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been around home remodeling all my life my father had his own remodeling business and was a single parent so i grew up on the job after school and weekends so during high school in the evenings i would take small jobs like bathroom or bedroom remodels something i could spend 4 or 5 hours a night on and that's how i got started
